Frequently Asked Questions

So how is this done?

Believe it or not it takes many hours sitting in front of a computer screen taking your images and the stock art images and blending them together. We do our best to try and match your requests to the art and make your photos fit with the lighting and mood of the finished piece.

Can I have Freddy or Jason in the photo?

No - those charaters, as well as any copyrighted image are protected and we really don't want someone like New Line Entertainment coming down on us. Besides, we'd rather create something for you that no one else has. The images we do use are from our own stock or other stock art.

How long does it take?

Turn around is typically 7 days. However please remember that we are a small business and as the time gets closer to Halloween we are extremely busy. If we can't get it to you within 7 days we will tell you before the process starts.

Will you send me a print?

Printing, at this time, is up to you. We hope to offer some unique printing options in the future.

What format will the photo be in?

Any that you would like. Typically the photo will be in a resolution that is suitable to be printed in an 8x10 format in the highest resolution. We will email this file to you when your final approval has been made in JPEG format unless otherwise specified.

Do I have to take it to a photo shop to print?

No. You can use this file however you want and that includes printing it at home or sending it out to photo printers like Wal-Mart.

Can I use it on my web page?

You have the rights to use it how you want. It's you art. But, as the creators we would, with your permission, like to include a low resolution of it for our gallery page.

What if I don't like it?

You will have approval of the final image. We will email you a finished low-res image with our watermark on it to approve. Then and only then will we accept your payment in the PayPal system. If you are not completely satisfied you will receive a 100% refund before the fianl hi-res image is emailed to you. You must love your art or the deal is off.
